The Botswana Power Corporation (BPC), in partnership with Radio Botswana, continued its customer engagement roadshow in the Chobe District.

The roadshow brought BPC closer to customers in Lesoma, Kazungula and Kasane, creating an opportunity for the Corporation to engage directly with communities, listen to customer experiences and share important information about BPC’s services.

The Chobe leg of the roadshow is part of BPC’s ongoing commitment to taking customer engagement beyond our offices and meeting customers where they are. Through these face-to-face engagements, BPC continues to strengthen relationships, better understand customer needs and promote open dialogue with the communities it serves.
