Ian Modubule is a seasoned finance professional with over 17 years’ experience in mining and financial services sector. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), a member of BICA in good standing and employed by Debswana Diamond Company as its Group Chief Financial Officer.

He holds a master’s in finance & investments from the London Business School of Finance, a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Botswana and Global Executive Development Program from GIBS. He is also a board member for Naledi Mining Services and First Mutual Health.

Ian is passionate about the evolution and strategic role finance must play in the VUCA business environment.
