This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being used to gather information for future possible tender by Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) for the development of 100MW (2X 50MW) solar plant (s). Through this RFQ, BPC intends to identify suitable Power Project developer(s) willing to participate as independent power producer(s).
Therefore, BPC would like to engage companies or firms for the development, implementation and operation of 100 MW (2X50MW) Solar Power Plant(s). The plants will be located in Botswana, and the independent power producer(s) will sell its power to BPC through a Power Purchasing Agreement (PPA).
