Onkgopotse Ramohube is a strategy, transformation and organisational performance professional with over 17 years of experience, including more than six years at Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) and over nine years in the banking sector with Absa/Barclays Botswana. He currently serves as Acting Strategy & Transformation Manager at BPC, providing leadership across corporate strategy, business improvement, performance management, research and innovation, and change management.
He has played a key role in the development and execution of BPC’s corporate strategies, including the transition from the Maduo 2026 Strategy to the Atlega 2026–2031 Corporate Strategy. He holds an MBA and BBA from the University of Botswana, with professional certifications and training in Prosci Change Management, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Enterprise Risk Management and Balanced Scorecard
