1.  ASSISTANT TRANSMISSION ENGINEER X 1

 MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To organise, supervise and control the maintenance and operation of transmission equipment to ensure maximum availability of the system.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:      

  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering                    

Experience:       

  • Five (5) years relevant experience with Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering in power transmission environment or

    Three (3) years relevant experience with Degree in Electrical Engineering

2.     TRANSMISSION SUBSTATION TECHNICIAN X 1
 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To control and carry out operation, maintenance and repair of transmission substation equipment to ensure effective, safe and speedy maintenance.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:      

  • Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent             

Experience:    

  • Three (3) years experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in a High Voltage Environment

Competencies:   

  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team Leadership
  • Supervisory skills
  • Attention to detail

3. LEGAL SERVICES OFFICER TENABLE IN GABORONE –CHR SBU

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide effective secretarial service to the Board, Board-Sub Committees and the Management Executive Committee.

Qualification:
  • A minimum of a relevant degree – Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognised university LLB
  • MBA or A Business Administration Qualification will be an added advantage
  • Admission to practice in the courts of Botswana
Experience:
  • Minimum of three ( 3) years as a practising Attorney
  • Experience in Civil Litigation and Commercial Law Practice
Competencies:
  • Exposure on legal and corporate governance processes;
  • Sound management competencies;
  • Administrative and secretariat competencies;
  • Organisational skills
  • Interpersonal competences and well developed people skills;
  • Communication, oral and writing skills;
  • Highly motivated;
  • Sound judgement and ability to use tact and discretion;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
