To provide superior customer service to all BPC customers by answering incoming calls from customers, responding to queries and questions, handling complaints timeously, prioritizing, and maintaining records of all customer interactions that take place through the Contact Centre using the available Call Logging systems.

2. WELDING AND FABRICATION FOREMAN (TENABLE IN MORUPULE B)
To plan, supervise, control and monitor the day to day welding requirements and repair of plant equipment in accordance with set specifications, standards and safety procedures to ensure optimal plant availability.
